Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. When you check out, enter your full street or building name, flat or villa number, area, Emirate, and an active UAE mobile number so the courier can reach you on the first attempt.

Standard delivery timeframe

Standard delivery across the UAE takes 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are packed on the next working day. Deliveries to outlying or remote areas, as well as orders placed during major sale drops, can take an extra 1 to 2 working days.

Shipping rates and free delivery over 500 AED

Orders of 500 AED or more get free standard shipping anywhere in the UAE. For orders under 500 AED, the exact delivery fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. All product prices on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED د.إ) and include applicable taxes.

Order tracking and missed deliveries

Once you complete checkout, we send an order confirmation email with your order number and item summary. When our warehouse packs your gear and hands it to the courier, we send a second notification with your tracking link.

If you miss your confirmation email because of a typo in your email address, or if your package has passed the 3 to 5 working day window, message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 395 7899 or email info@hustlersonlyuae.com with your name, phone number, and order number. We will check directly with the courier and update you.

Changing or canceling an order

If you ordered the wrong size, entered the wrong address, or need to cancel an order, message us right away on WhatsApp at +971 55 395 7899 with your order number. We can update or cancel your order only before our warehouse packs it and hands it over to the courier. Once a parcel has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled in transit, and any size change will go through our 10-day exchange process after delivery.
